Plavac mali Rosé La Chic!
The gentle side of the robust Plavac, a very gentle rose color with pronounced fruity aromas. Quite fresh on the palate with a distinct strawberry aroma.
VINEYARD: located on Komarna, the youngest vineyard in Croatia, altitude 72-132m. The composition of the soil is 50% limestone, which contributes to rich minerality and nutrients. Parts of the vineyard have slopes of up to 40%, and the vineyard is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea. This ideal location allows the vines to receive optimal sunlight and heat due to the slope and stony soil that contains heat, and due to the proximity of the sea and wind while frost is avoided. Due to these parameters, grapes easily accumulate sugar and anthocyanins. Cold night temperatures throughout the year allow the grapes to retain a greater amount of acid. The inability of the development of diseases and pests is made possible by the organic production of grapes, and minimal amounts of copper and sulfur are used for protection and only organically certified fertilizer is used for nutrition. Most of the vineyard work is done manually.
TECHNOLOGY: the grapes are harvested by hand during the night in order to preserve the acids and varietal aromas. Plavac mali has a high concentration of color in the skin, which is why we have the challenge of making the rose color as light as possible. First the temperature of the grapes is lowered to 4°C, then they are gentlly pressed so that there is no further extraction of color which is why we have very low radmans but high quality juice from Plavac mali. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.

Pošip
This wine has very pronounced aromas of grapefruit and peach with a hint of almond on the aftertaste. In the mouth you can feel the rich body, fresh acidity and well-balanced structure of the wine.
Vineyard: grapes are produced on the island of Korčula, where Pošip as a variety gives exceptional results. The soil is deep, red and scarce with minerals, which gives the wine a good structure.
